Terms and conditions

  1. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp to arrange for deliveries to multiple location per invoice.
     

  2. Delivery charges are fixed at S$5 per location. For orders above S$50 in a single invoice, we are glad to waive off the delivery charges for you.
     

  3. Home delivery is only available on Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays between 12pm to 8pm. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the ordering form.
     

  4. Self collection is only available on Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays at 11am. The location will be at Ang Mo Kio MRT station (NS16) drop off point (near Western Union). We do not charge any delivery charge for self-collection.
     

  5. For orders above S$50 in a single invoice and cash on delivery is selected, we will need to collect a 50% deposit upfront based on the total invoice amount. We accept PayNow/PayLah! and the remaining balance can be paid on the delivery day.
     

  6. All products sold are not refundable or exchangeable. However, if you are unsatisfied with our products, do reach out to us immediately for special arrangements.
     

  7. Our products are non-halal certified and certain items contains pork and lard.
     

  8. If you are allergic to certain food products, do check with us before your purchase and are glad to customise a special recipe for you in accordance to your instructions. Indicate the allergens accordingly in the ordering form. Please consume responsibly. 
     

  9. Avoid consuming raw or uncooked food, particularly if you have young children, pregnant women or elderly as guests. Please check that all food served have been cooked thoroughly before consuming. Please store all frozen or refrigerated ingredients accordingly until you are ready to cook. Follow our labelling on the packages for instructions.
     

  10. According to the guidelines issued by NEA, please consume all cooked food within 4 hours after cooking. Please adhere to the safety and hygiene guidelines for eating safe.
     

  11. According to the guidelines issued by FDA, it is advisable to dispose off frozen/refrigerated ingredients within 3 days after purchase although the recommended shelf life can be up to 4 months.
