  • Is there a minimum order for delivery?
    We do not have a minimum order for delivery. However, delivery charges are at S$5 per location on a single invoice, and for orders above S$50, we are glad to waive off your delivery charges.

    The videos uploaded in our Facebook and Instagram page and on this website are for promotional purpose, for full instructional videos on step by step guidance to cook our products, please visit our YouTube channel .

  • How long can i store the products before cooking?
    In accordance to the guidelines issued by US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), raw food can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1-2 days and in the freezer for up to 1 month. However, it is advisable that you cook and consume all products on the day of delivery. Otherwise, it is advisable to store them in the freezer and consume within a week from delivery. The date of delivery will be the date where the ingredients are purchased.
  • What are the modes of delivery?
    There are two options to choose from: 1) Self collection at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station (NS16) drop off point (near Western Union) at 11am every Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays. 2) Home delivery on every Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays (S$5 dollars delivery charge per location) at the following delivery slots: - 12pm to 2pm - 2pm to 4pm - 4pm to 6pm - 6pm to 8pm
  • Are there any free delivery options?
    For ordered amounts exceeding S$50 on a single invoice, we are glad to waive off the delivery charges. Alternatively, you can opt for self collection at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station (NS16) drop off point (near Western Union) at 11am every Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays.
  • When are the ingredients packed?
    All our ingredients (meat products, seafood products, perishable items) are purchased fresh and carefully packed in the morning before delivery. They are stored in the freezer/refrigerator until delivery and are transferred to an ice-box before reaching you.
  • Where are your products purchased from?
    All our products are purchased fresh from the supermarket or wet market. These products are carefully selected by us personally to ensure freshness, and they are prepared and packed immediately upon purchase.
  • Can i leave my cooked food overnight for consumption the next day?
    In accordance to the guidelines issued by The National Environment Agency (NEA), it is advisable to consume all cooked food within 4 hours of preparation to ensure hygiene and freshness.
  • What should i do after receiving your products?
    Our products are carefully labelled "Refrigerator" or "Freezer". Please place these packages immediately in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt, and defrost them accordingly before cooking. For packages that are not labelled, you can place these packages at room temperature.
  • What is the serving size?
    All our serving sizes are indicated in the description to our products. It is customised and packed so that the serving size is ideal. If you will like to order beyond the serving size per order, please reach out to us so that we are able to customise the serving size for you.
  • What are the kitchen appliances I require to cook?
    You will only need to have a functioning stove and a frying pan/wok for stir-fry items, and a pot for soup items to cook. For serving, utensils such as fork/spoon/chopsticks is required.
  • Are your products Halal certified?
    We are not halal certified as some of our products contains pork or lard.
  • What should i do after ordering your products?
    We will contact you shortly after you have submitted our ordering form via WhatsApp (phone call if you do not have a WhatsApp account). We will be confirming with you your order items, delivery schedule and the modes of payment.
  • How can i order your products?

  • Do you provide ice boxes?
    Unfortunately we do not provide ice boxes to you. However, if you require them, please reach out to us and we are more than happy to arrange them for you with an additional cost.
  • Can i change my delivery timing?
    Please reach out to us one day before your delivery date to re-schedule your deliver. We are glad to assist you.
  • How do i cook your products?
    Please watch our instructional videos in our YouTube channel and follow along the steps indicated. All our recipes have been tested by us, do follow them for optimal taste.
  • What if i am allergic to certain ingredients?
    Please reach out to us via phone call, WhatsApp, through email or direct messages through our Facebook or Instagram page to inform us of your allergy before ordering. We are glad to customise a special recipe for you in accordance to your instructions.
  • What is the duration to prepare each dish?
    We have included the difficulty and duration to prepare each dish in our product description. Please choose the dishes according to your cooking preference and watch our instructional videos for the detailed duration of cooking of each dish. However, the difficulty indicator only shows the number of steps required to prepare the dish, it does not consider the skills of the preparer. You do not need to have any experience in cooking as our instructional videos will guide you along.
  • Are there any other delivery timings?
    We are glad to extend our delivery timings specially for you if we are available. Please reach out to us for special arrangements.
